COACH MIKE ATUNRASE
With over 14 years of experience in sports performance, Michael Atunrase specializes in developing complete athletes - focusing on strength, speed, resilience, and high-level performance.
He has worked with athletes across every stage of development, from youth and high school to collegiate, professional, and Olympic levels. Over the course of his career, he has helped more than 300 athletes earn opportunities to compete at the collegiate level and has guided over 100 athletes in their transition from college to professional sports. He has also trained 5 Olympic athletes, gaining firsthand experience with the demands of elite, world-class performance.
Michael’s approach is rooted in integration. Rather than separating strength training, speed development, and rehabilitation, he combines them into a unified system that reflects how athletes actually perform. His work includes performance development as well as post-surgery and return-to-sport programming, ensuring athletes not only recover—but return stronger, faster, and more prepared.
With experience across all levels of sport, he brings a deep understanding of what it takes to progress, perform, and sustain success in highly competitive environments.
