Michael Atunrase holds a degree in Kinesiology with a concentration in Physical Therapy, and brings over a decade of experience in fitness, rehabilitation, and performance coaching to his clients. His background blends scientific expertise with a deep commitment to client care — ensuring every individual receives a safe, effective, and personalized approach to improving their health.
As the founder of Resilience Training, Michael has worked with hundreds of clients ranging from professional athletes to individuals managing chronic health conditions. His approach is rooted in evidence-based exercise science, functional training principles, and a compassionate, results-driven philosophy.
