Using journaling, daily motivation, fitness programs, and video life-coaching calls, this program aims to help improve your young athletes’ mental fitness, break the any stigma your athlete may hold surrounding mental health practices, and strengthen the person inside your athlete, giving them the edge on the playing field, and in life.

The Playbook© is a 3 month subscription based program (charged monthly). Upon completion, there will be an evaluation assessment and the client will be offered an opportunity to continue programming, or terminate.
