GLUTE BRIDGE w/ SINGLE LEG SWISS BALL HAMSTRING CURL

Now more than ever, I see young athletes with little to no posterior chain strength. Don’t believe me⁉️ Ask a group of young ones to touch their toes! 🥴

We do more sitting down now than ever before so how do we combat a weak butt⁉️ By training the glute and hamstring connection‼️

Fire up that butt with this tough quasi-unilateral posterior chain⛓ move!

A few coaching cues:
🔺It all starts with a glute bridge. Make sure you engage your glutes without hyperextending through the back
🔺Make sure you keep your heel in contact with the ball through the entirety of the pull and release
🔺Try to have your hips stay perfectly still through the movement. That will mean you are keeping the glute activated the whole time!
