  • Burpees with a tuck jump (get 5 in 20 secs!)

CIRCUIT 2

  • Side Step with Shoulder Press

  • Oblique V-Up

  • Single Leg Hip Up (glue bridge)

  • Push Up (x2) with Mountain Climbers (x4)

FINISHER

  • Alt. DB Bent Over Rows

  • Straight Leg Crunch

  • Split Squat Jump with Pulse
