  • Press Jacks

CIRCUIT 2

  • Combo: Dumbbell Push Up (x2) Dumbbell Swing Through, Swing Snatch, Alt. O/H Reverse Lunge

  • Seated Single Arm Shoulder Press (x2) into Side Plank w/ a Reach Through (x2)

  • Pendulum RDL (x2) into Low to High Chop (x2)

  • Load the beast into High Knee Run (x4)

FINISHER

  • Split Squat Iso hold Offset Lateral Raise

  • Squat Iso hold Bicep Curl

  • Frog Jumps
