    CIRCUIT 1

  • Push Up with Shoulder Tap Jack

  • Split Stance Swing Through

  • 1, 1, 2 Suitcase Crunch

  • Shuffle Replace, with Low Jacks (x2)

CIRCUIT 2

  • Reverse Lunge with Shoulder Press

  • B/O Row with Alternating Reverse Step

  • Side Lying Hip Abduction

  • Speed Burpees (try to get 6!)

FINISHER

  • Split Squat Jumps (x6)

  • Shuffle Back and Forth (x3)

  • Push Up (x5)

  • Frog Jump (x5)

  • High Knee Run in Place (10 sec)
