🔺JOG (incline 4-5) - 2 minutes to warm up.

🔺 SHUFFLE (incline 10) - 1 min each x 3 sets.

🔺 BACKPEDAL (incline 10) - 1 min on - 1 min rest x 4 sets.

🔺HILL SPRINTS (incline 15) - 20 sec on / 40 sec off x 10 sets!
